【Gukoresha Ibicuruzwa】
Q361F type PN1.6-PN2.5 full-welded ball valves are widely used in various fields; their quality and stability are unattainable for ordinary cast steel ball valves, and their service life is much longer. Full-welded ball valves are widely applied in urban gas, urban heating, petrochemical, shipbuilding, steel, pressure regulating stations, power plants and other types of pipeline equipment.
【Ibyiza byo Ibicuruzwa】
1. Full-welded ball valves have no external leakage. The processing of the ball is tracked and inspected by a computer detector, so the processing accuracy of the ball is high.
2. Since the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there will be no uneven stress, no deformation due to earthquakes or vehicles passing on the ground, and the pipeline is anti-aging.
3. The sealing ring body is made of RPTFE material containing 25% Carbon, ensuring zero leakage (0%).
【Ibisabwa by'ikoranabuhanga】
1. Design and manufacture shall comply with the provisions of API 6D.
2. Inspection and testing of valves shall comply with the provisions of API 598.
3. The structural length of the valve shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12224-2005.
4. Connection dimensions shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12224-2005.
5. Pressure-temperature basis shall comply with the provisions of ASME B16.34.
6. Valve marking shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12220.
7. Valve sulfur resistance shall comply with the provisions of NACE MR 0175.
